Adventure Comes First — But Safety Is Right Beside It
Let’s be clear:
Our trips are not for people who want to sit in air conditioning all day.
You’ll get dust on your face, wind in your helmet, and adrenaline in your veins.
But don’t worry — there’ll also be cold beers, beautiful lodges, and amazing food waiting at the end of the day.
We believe the best adventures are the ones where you feel alive and looked after.
And after 15+ years of riding all across Africa and especially Kenya, we’ve made that balance part of everything we do.
15 Years of Riding Kenya — We Know What We’re Doing
We’ve been riding motorbikes through Kenya for over 15 years.
Not once. Not twice. Over and over.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a way of life for us.
Our founder is not only a seasoned rider, but also a doctor involved in rally sports, with deep experience in risk management, emergency response, and yes — what to do when things don’t go according to plan (which rarely happens).
With our local team and years of experience, we know where to go, and where not to go.
And that makes all the difference.
Small Groups, Smart Briefings, and a Leader Up Front
Every day starts with a briefing: terrain, weather, wildlife zones, riding tips, and group plans.
No surprises.
We always ride in a tight group with an experienced leader at the front.
That way, you can relax and focus on the ride while we handle the logistics and safety.
And just in case — there’s a support vehicle behind us, carrying your luggage and backup gear.
This is still an adventure — but it’s a controlled and supported one.
Wildlife? It’s Wild — But We Know Where to Ride
Yes, Kenya is full of wildlife — and that’s part of what makes it so breathtaking.
But you won’t be attacked by a lion immediately.
In the national parks, where large animals could pose a risk, we switch to a 4×4 vehicle for just a half-day or so, so you can still enjoy the parks safely and comfortably.
It’s planned. It’s safe. And it’s all part of the experience.
And by the way: locals ride motorbikes everywhere — even in areas tourists rarely go.
We ride smart, we ride together, and we ride where it’s safe.
What About Heat, Malaria, and the Usual Travel Worries?
Good questions — and we’ve got answers.
-
Heatstroke? We hydrate, take breaks, and time the rides to avoid midday heat.
-
Malaria? We give you straight advice on prevention, meds, and what areas to watch.
-
Health risks? We ride with a plan, and we’re always prepared.
You won’t feel like a fragile tourist — you’ll feel like part of the crew.
And Yes — You’ll Still Enjoy Comfort, Cocktails, and a Cold Beer
Just because this is an adventure doesn’t mean we’re roughing it 24/7.
You’ll ride hard, yes — but you’ll also sleep in stunning lodges, eat great food, and end the day with a cold Tusker or fresh cocktail in hand.
Adventure and comfort aren’t opposites — we bring them together.
Ride the Real Kenya. With Confidence.
This isn’t a holiday where you follow a flag and hop in and out of a tour bus.
This is a real journey — on two wheels, off the beaten path, and with a team who’s done this for years.
So yes, it’s absolutely safe — because we’ve built every route, every briefing, and every ride to be that way.
And also?
It’s one hell of an adventure.
