Ready for the Ride of a Lifetime?

This is not a standard motorbike tour. It’s a guided expedition across Kenya, covering real distance and ending where the land meets the Indian Ocean. From Nairobi, you ride south along the flanks of Mount Kilimanjaro, past Tsavo National Park, through the Taita Hills and vast sisal plantations, following the Tanzanian border before cutting through the green Shimba Hills and finishing at the coast.

You’ll ride your own Kibo 250cc motorbike while we handle the route planning, safety, logistics, luggage transport and meals. The focus is on adventure and discovery, not rushing or endurance for the sake of it.

One day you’re riding through open savannah with Kilimanjaro in view. A few days later you’re rolling down to the coast, parking the bike and swapping riding boots for sandals and a coconut cocktail.

🧭 What a Day Looks Like

Each day is unique, but this is the rhythm:

  • Ride 150–250 km/day (~4–7 hours of riding)

  • Plenty of breaks at scenic spots

  • Morning safety briefing and route overview every day

  • Support vehicle carries your gear, tools, and luggage

  • Stay in comfortable lodges with good food and a nice shower

🌍 The Adventure

  • Ride through wild, diverse terrain, from open savannah, gravel, murram roads, to tarmac

  • Wildlife sightings along the way; zebra’s, giraffes, antelopes, ostriches and more

  • View the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro, often with snow on top

  • Explore areas untouched by mass tourism

  • Stay in locally-run lodges with great views and authentic food

  • Share campfire stories with the group under the stars

  • Ending up at the beautiful Indian Ocean

🛶 It’s Not Just Bikes

We mix in other ways to experience Kenya:

  • Optional boat safaris or game drives

  • One day may include less riding and more exploring

  • Ride parts of the famous Safari Rally route

  • Discover local culture and meet people along the way

  • A relaxed coastal finish to properly decompress after the ride

Is This for You?

Yes, if you:

  • Love motorcycles or adventures but don’t want a hardcore endurance challenge

  • Want to explore Africa in a unique way

  • Enjoy nature, culture, and good company

  • Are up for a mix of riding, relaxing, and discovering new things

  • Like the idea of a journey with a clear beginning and a memorable end

You don’t need to be an expert rider. If you’re comfortable on two wheels and up for a real adventure, this trip is for you.
